HGV Class 2 / C DRIVERS FOR EQUINE TRANSPORTER ROLE

FULL TIME – MAY – SEPT, – with the possibility to extend

We’re looking for candidates that are passionate about all aspects of equine transport. Who have a strong attention to detail, are well presented and take pride in themselves, the vehicles and the job.

UK work transporting horses to polo tournaments, events and for equine recovery call outs.
EU work transporting horses in the EU for Flights, import, exports and competitions.
Good quality vehicles

Based Nr Ascot, Berkshire. The Candidates must be based local enough for daily commuting.
REQUIREMENTS

Strong horsemanship skills and a good knowledge of equine care in a professional setting are an absolute must.
Physically fit – able to cope with all aspects of manual work associated with working with horses.
Flexibility to work weekends, occasional nights outs in the UK and often 2-10 days abroad in Europe.
You MUST have a Passport, CPC and Tacho Cards
UK and EU type 2 horse transport certificates. We can assist with this if necessary.
Experience driving abroad and knowledge of post Brexit customs documents is a bonus but not essential.
We are also looking for Class 1 (C+E) HGV DRIVERS

We will also have occasional part time work during busy periods so please get in touch if this type of work may interest you, but you can’t commit to full time
