Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our pallet delivery team . A strong commitment to safety and efficiency. As a driver, you will be responsible for multi drop palletised goods to various locations around the EH postcode area. Ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities

Operate lorries safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing of goods for transport.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during transportation.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, representing the company professionally at all times.
Requirements

Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for transporting goods.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
