HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers – Full-Time – Cumbernauld

Location: Cumbernauld Depot
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate starts available

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and professional HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers to join our established team in Cumbernauld. This is a permanent full-time position involving local deliveries and collections.

The position if 4 days on, 4 days off.

You will be responsible for the safe transportation of goods, securing loads, completing relevant documentation, and maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform deliveries and collections using a Class 1 & Class 2 vehicle
Complete all required documentation accurately and timely
Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects
Adhere to Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive legislation
Represent the company with a positive, professional attitude
Follow all depot, site, and customer safety protocols
Requirements:

HGV Class 1 & Class 2 (Category C+E) Licence – with less than 6 penalty points
Digital Tachograph Card
Driver Qualification Card (CPC)
Good knowledge of UK roads and transport compliance
Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure
