HGV Drivers – Class 1 -Inverness- OTE £44,000

Full time

Due to the growth of our Logistics operation a great opportunity has become available for Full-time and Part-time Multi-Drop Drivers to join our team operating from Inverness. CJ Lang drivers are ambassadors for our 100 year old family business, delivering products on our multi temp fleet to over 300 SPAR convenience stores throughout Scotland.

This role involves:

Delivery of customer orders, including stock-cages into store
Maintaining product temperatures
Vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with DVSA
Compliance with Health and Safety and all other related legislation
You will work 48 hours per week (full-time) servicing the needs of our customers and in return we offer a range of benefits.

We are looking for owner-drivers, fleet owners, and HGV drivers (Class 1 or 2) based anywhere in the UK and interested in taking the next step up and becoming owner-operators and transport company owners. To get started and apply for an Operator’s Licence, you need to have £8,000 which is a requirement of the UK and EU transport regulations (you won’t spend it). We can help you with the rest of the process.
