Elddis Transport is a well-established and well-respected haulage company based in the North East. We require a Class 2 driver for our Heywood based operations, working dayshift (Monday to Friday) carrying out local multidrop deliveries and collections.

Wages:

Basic hours: £14.15
Overtime after 9 hours: £16.53
Weekend rate: £18.89
Night rate & pre 04:45 rate of £1.78
Paid 4-weekly
Responsibilities

Operate HGV Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic regulations.
Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Deliver goods to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Handle loads securely, utilizing appropriate strapping and securing techniques.
Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues to management.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Previous experience prefered.
