TIPPER HAULAGE SOLUTIONS are seeking reliable and skilled class 2 Drivers to join our team in lenham. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while transporting goods across the south east. This role requires a valid class 2 driving licence, valid CPC and the ability to operate large vehicles with precision.

Responsibilities

Safely operate lorries to transport goods to designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety standards are met.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, and deliveries as per regulatory requirements.
Load and unload goods, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transit.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a high standard of professionalism on the road.
Perform basic mechanical checks and maintenance on the vehicle when necessary.
Skills

Valid class 2 driving licence with a clean driving record.
Valid drivers CPC.
Be 28 years old or over for insurance purposes.
Have 2 years previous tipping experience.
Must be comfortable driving a manual HGV.
Good geographical knowledge of the south east.
Some mechanical knowledge to assist in vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting would be an advantage but not necessary.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
This is a self employed position, with great rates of pay for the right candidates, paid on a weekly basis.

Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday mornings.
