Mastery of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Command of architecture, design and business processes
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
Expertise in working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm, and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
Extensive Rates product experience, especially in liquid products (Government Bonds, IRS, etc.)
eTrading or Single Dealer Platform experience
Experienced leader managing a global team
Technical leadership with hands-on experience in HTML5 UI development and Java back-end
Experience with software design and senior development skills in a high pressure, time critical environment.
Computer science foundations.
