PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Approachable, hard-working, friendly individual who thrives on being set challenges and solving problems. Willing to go the extra mile and committed to giving a high standard of interaction and service.

ADR license which includes these classes 2, 3, 4,1 4.2 4.3, 5.1 5.2, 6.1 6.2, 8 and 9 passed – 23rd November 2023
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Passed class C driving license expanding knowledge of business operations and the deliveries infrastructure whilst driving for companies such as Tesco and Waitrose.
• Project managing and coordinating multiple persons/skills across large geographical areas and levels of experience. For example, the setting up of 75 home workers within two weeks of the forced office closure of Thomas Cook staff. In delivering the project I enabled those staff to have the opportunity to continue to earn an income rather than be out of employment.
• Successfully completing an email migration for 80 people over 3 months. This required working with staff with varying levels of computer knowledge and required excellent communication skills to enable staff to complete their migration tasks successfully. This required many long hours, significant logistical planning to successfully deliver the migration in the required time scales.
• I introduced a deposit system for equipment to ensure that cost of equipment loaned to agent staff could be recovered when home workers (agents) chose to leave the company. The deposit system enabled the company to reclaim 90% of the cost of the equipment issued to staff.
