Role Overview:
Are you looking to grow your career in the transport industry? This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a supportive and knowledgeable team. As a Transport Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with transport regulations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting clients and the transport management team in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities (following training):

Generate drivers’ hours reports in line with EU Driver’s Hours and UK Domestic Regulations for multiple clients.
Review and provide feedback on HGV and PSV safety inspection reports.
Oversee regular driver licence checks, ensuring compliance.
Assist with the development of driver training materials.
Provide compliance-related feedback and support to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting with ongoing compliance matters.
Prepare and deliver timely compliance reports to clients.
Update Fleet Management software accurately and professionally.
Assist with operator licence queries and applications.
Draft official correspondence regarding operator licence compliance.
Manage and update company social media accounts (content provided).
Participate in sales campaigns and assist in customer acquisition.
Demonstrate company products during online or in-person calls.
Handle incoming calls, presenting company services and addressing queries.
Monitor and manage defect reporting and rectification systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in transport administration and compliance in UK
Knowledge of UK transport regulations, including tachograph and WTD compliance.
Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in compliance records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transport management systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Clean Driving Licence as occasional client site visits will be required.
Desirable Skills:

Certification in Transport Management CPC or commitment to pass the examination within notice period
Experience liaising with regulatory bodies such as DVSA.
Familiarity with transport management software products.
