Experienced scaffold fixer and full UK license holder or HGV driver required. Ideally carded Part 2 or Advanced Scaffolder with HGV license or full UK driving license with extensive scaffolding and driving experience. Self employed basis with 20% CIS deductions.

Must be able to get to our yard in Redditch, Worcs. So ideally should live fairly locally in Worcestershire or the Midlands area. Must be able to erect and dismantle scaffolding in good time and erect safe, tidy scaffolding

Will be working generally on domestic streetwork in and around the Midlands. Some commercial and industrial work ie shopfronts and access and handrail solar works. Must have a broad experience and good knowledge of scaffolding.

Regular work on weekends and overtime available during busy periods.

Working hours are generally 7am in the yard, down tools approx 4pm and travel back to yard must be willing to work past 4pm occasionally on busier days if needed to wrap up a job that’s only got an hours work or so to complete etc, with overtime paid on top of day rate.

Should be willing to do 1 or 2 weekend days a month, and occasionally work past 4pm in our busy periods. Should be willing to occasionally work away also, with digs paid and a daily allowance given for food. We’re a small, growing scaffolding company and are looking for decent, hard working and reliable scaffolders who pull their weight and those who turn in every day and put a good shift in. Zero tolerance drink/drug policy. Starting on a trial basis then ongoing long term work for the right persons, working with a team of similar like minded people within a growing company, potential benefits and development/progression opportunities ie scaffolding training, hgv training, company van etc.
