Key responsibilities
As an Investment Banking Vice President, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Day-to-day leadership of transactions, including project co-ordination between country, industry and product teams, as well as other advisers and the client, both for executions and marketing
Maintain dialogue with clients and build relationships
Generation and presentation of origination ideas and transaction related materials to clients and other advisors
Responsibility for developing solutions for clients including strategic and financial analysis, as well as transaction and legal structuring
Planning and leading preparation of presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials for use in transactions or strategic client dialogue
Training, coaching and mentoring of junior colleagues
Essential skills: The work is fast-paced, demanding and intellectually stimulating. We look for candidates with the following:
Relevant work experience at leading international or local investment bank (M&A, industry teams, Leverage Finance), consulting firm, private equity, or similar
In-depth understanding of a broad range of investment banking products
Excellent project management skills
Ample experience in dealing with clients and other transactional advisers
Strong team player and leadership skills
Nordic language skills
Strong academic background
Outstanding technical skills to lead financial analysis together with junior team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
