I worked for dundee removals for over 6 years as a 3.5 tonne driver. I passed my class 2 licence 2 years ago. I left this position as I was never home. Early mornings, late finishes and over nights don’t bother me. But I was away every 2nd week for a full week and It was too much. I had a 5 week notice to give so I handed it in Christmas time 2023 and let it run down while looking for work. I got a job at Royal mail but only part time, I want to get back to class 2 driving roles. I am looking todo class 1 in the future, but if the role depends on it I would like to work towards getting that done.
