Personal statement
I currently work for GEOAmey as a Court Custody Manager. I am responsible for the safe and secure movements of adults and young people within custody area at court. I also make sure the court is running in accordance with operational procedures (SOP), PECS and the ministry of justice.
I currently manage and small team of 7 staff and there holidays and welfare.
I am currently seeking a long term career. I have a full UK driving licence with extended licences of C1, C, D1, D, CE1, CE (new driver passed CE ). I also have tachograph driver card in date; CPC has currently run out, however this will be completed by the 27th November 2023.
Within my role in GEOAmey I drove the larger vehicle which was 30+ft in length (D licence), also this vehicle is governed by taco law and working time directive. I drove this vehicle for 3 year within my time at GEOAmey.
I consider myself to be highly motivated, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. I am very reliable and resilient individual who has excellent punctuality throughout my current career and past employment. I always maintain a professional attitude in my working practice and I am enthusiastic to learn new tasks. I am extremely eager to take part in any available training that can further enhance my knowledge and skills to improve my working performance. I am extremely flexible with working hours and shift patterns.

• Responsible for the safe and secure movements of adults and young people within custody. From police, prison and at court. Providing care and support whilst in court and on the vehicles in transport.
• Ensuring people within custody and my colleagues are safe through searching procedures of each person within custody. To ensure when handed over to next member of staff they can be sure that they have nothing that could harm themselves or my colleagues.
• Liaising with third party agencies including the police and prison services to ensure correct documentation is completed.
• Treat everyone in my care fairly, with respect, understanding and compassion.
• Ensure the welfare of everyone within my custody by manging their risk and vulnerability.
• Conducting risk assessments with each person within my custody.
