The Company:

The company are a growing 3rd party logistics company in Bristol & The South West. The company have an established reputation in the distribution market and are offering a great opportunity of an on-going/permanent van driving role.

At present, they are seeking a van driver to join them on a full time, ongoing or temporary to permanent basis.

The Opportunity:

Offering an immediate start operating from their depot in Avonmouth, Bristol (BS11) start times will be around 06:00am-7:00am and you will be required to complete between 25-50 drops per shift around the South West area (50 drops is the very maximum and you will average 30-35 drops per shift).

You will be delivering office stationery and parcels to various companies around the area and using a handset to complete your drops. You will have full training on the handset/scanner as well as the routes so you are comfortable to carry on completing the shifts on your own.

The company are looking for ongoing-van drivers for an immediate start and should you wish for a permanent role this could be an option.

The contract will be 5 or 6 days per week depending on what suits you best. Their contract covers 7 days per week so if you wish to work only weekends, or Monday to Friday and pick up work over the weekends this is doable, we can discuss this further when you have applied.

Pay –

£11.00 per hour

Shifts:

06:00-07:00 start times

Minimum 8 hours paid

Shifts will vary between 8-11 hours on average.

Key Requirements:

· Full driving licence

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· The knowledge and initiative to solve basic problems and make routine decisions

· Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

· Unfortunately, we cannot take anyone with a DR10 on their licence
