Job Title – Class I Driver

Contract – Temp to Perm

Days required – 4 on 4 off

Start times – 05:00am

More recruitment are actively looking to recruit some temp to perm Class I Drivers for a contact of ours based out of Atherstone.

The client that we are resourcing for is an approved logistics partner. Ideally located, with a few warehouses in striking distance of the key UK ports, more importantly the UK Retailer warehouses. They Work 24 hours a day, 363 days a year, we move goods on a Day 1 for Day 2 order lead time, seven days a week. Their fleet of brand new vehicles, have the right balance of economy and quality, and with multi-temperature trailers we offer the best conditions to deliver your goods.

Duties for the Class I Driver will be 2 drops per shift. You will be required to assist with unloading cages at the stores. All trailers are curtainsided.

Shifts are available 05:00am

Your shifts will be booked on a 4 on 4 off rota basis

Rates – PAYE ONLY

weekdays

£14.50

Weekends

£16.50

If you do an extra shift it will be £1 pound extra per hour.

All payments are with separate holiday (once accrued)

The successful Class I Driver will be required to have the following;

C+E Driving Licence. With 1 years minimum relevant experience
Valid CPC card
Valid Tacho card
No more than 6 points on licence
No DR or IN conviction codes
Good communication skills
