We are looking to recruit a permanent Class 1 driver for a logistics company based in Melton Mowbray, LE13.

The role involves working on a 4 on / 4 off rota of 12 hours per shift. The work involves carrying out up to 3 local site to site collection/tips. Easy, steady work. The driver is required to ensure the load has been strapped down correctly by the loading team on site and opening/closing the curtains. Working within a fantastic company that excel in looking after their workforce.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years HGV 1 driving experience
All 3 driving cards must be UK issued
Current CPC Card & Tacho Card
Own transport due to location
Good communication skills
Professional & willing to carry out other duties if needed including taking vehicles for service.
Hours & Pay

4 on / 4 off shift rota – 6pm to 6am daily

£14 per hour – 3 months temporary probation period through Eclipse Recruitment, on successful completion of the probationary period you will then join the company on a permanent basis.
